Refund policy
Digital Products: Digital products may not be returned or refunded. Once purchased all sales are final. It is not possible to ticket transfer to future events.
Live Event Products: Once purchased there will be no refunds given for any reason and no ticket transfers to future events. In the event you cannot attend the event, you are welcome to re-sell the ticket yourself. Unfortunately, we will not be able to manage the re-sale of your ticket. If you cannot re-sell your ticket, you will not be eligible for a refund or ticket transfer to future events.
Physical Products: Due to the nature of our physical products we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances. This is for hygiene purposes.
