Refund policy

Digital Products: Digital workshops, video courses, downloadable materials and other digital products are supplied immediately after purchase.

By purchasing a digital product and providing express consent to immediate access, you acknowledge that your 14-day right of withdrawal ends once access to the digital content has been provided.

Customers also acknowledge that workshop access is provided for the period stated at the time of purchase. Where a workshop includes 14-day access, access will automatically expire at the end of that period. Expiration of access does not entitle the customer to an extension, refund, or continued access without payment of any applicable renewal or repurchase fee.

Live Event Products: Tickets for live events, workshops, shows, and other date-specific leisure services are non-refundable once purchased.

Under EU consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to bookings for events or leisure activities that take place on a specific date or dates.

If you are unable to attend an event, you may transfer or resell your ticket privately, subject to any ticketing provider terms and conditions. Oh!Moment is unable to facilitate private ticket sales or exchanges.

If an event is cancelled by Oh!Moment, ticket holders will be contacted regarding available options, which may include a refund, transfer, or rescheduled event.

Physical Products: The products sold by Oh!Moment are intimate wellness products designed for personal use and direct bodily contact. For the safety, hygiene, and wellbeing of all customers, we are unable to return, resell, or redistribute intimate products that have been opened, used, or had their hygiene seal removed, broken or tampered with.

Products including vibrators, dildos, anal toys, pelvic floor devices, dilators, masturbators and other intimate wellness products are supplied with hygiene protection measures.

For reasons of health protection and hygiene, the right of withdrawal does not apply to these products once the hygiene seal has been removed, broken, tampered with or opened.

By purchasing these products, customers acknowledge that once the hygiene seal has been affected, the product cannot be returned unless it is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

In the event that a customer must return a product, products must be returned unused, in their original condition, and within 14 days of notifying us of the withdrawal. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item to Oh!Moment.

If a product arrives damaged, or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible and we will take appropriate action, thank you.
