Personal Preference: All recommendations and advice given is subjective. Everyone has different bodies and experiences when it comes to pleasure. The advice given and the toys recommended are Jenny's personal experiences. It cannot be guaranteed that you will have the same experience.

Toy Shop Order Changes: Our warehouse team are super speedy. This means we're unable to make edits to your order once it has been placed! Please ensure you double check your order.

Shipping Outside of Ireland: We are unable to account for taxes/local customs/duty fees that may be due upon delivery/arrival into your country. When ordering you do so with the knowledge that you will be liable for these charges and failure to pay them does not warrant a return or refund. 

Workshops/Practices/On Demand

Risk: All workshops, practices and participation is done at ones own risk. Workshops are not a substitute for therapyBy part-taking in a workshop you waive the right and/or claim to sue Jenny Keane or the Oh! Moment for any damages, whether that be physical or otherwise that are incurred as a result of participation. 

Neither Jenny Keane nor any entities related to the Oh! Moment shall be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred.

Replay Extensions: In checking the terms and conditions box at checkout you acknowledge that all workshops, practices, live, recorded, on demand digital products have a specific access period. During this access period you can watch the digital product as many times as you wish. Once the access period is over all digital content, workshops, workbooks, etc, will disappear. When purchasing the workshops you are agreeing to carve out time to watch them and under no circumstances will extensions be granted for any reason. It is not possible to transfer tickets to future events.

Video quality: It is understood that all replay workshops are recordings from live zoom workshops from previous seasons. As such, the video quality is not as high as desired due to the videos being compressed by zoom in the export process. Live workshops are of high quality alongside any purpose-recorded content.

Workbooks: Workbooks are available to download during the recording access period only. Workbooks will not be sent out after this period has ended.


Refund Policy

Digital Products: Digital products may not be returned or refunded. Once purchased all sales are final. It is not possible to ticket transfer to future events.

Live Event Products: Once purchased there will be no refunds given for any reason and no ticket transfers or exchanges to future events. In the event you cannot attend the live event, you are welcome to re-sell the ticket yourself. Unfortunately, we will not be able to manage the re-sale of your ticket. If you cannot re-sell your ticket, you will not be eligible for a refund or ticket transfer to future events.

Physical Products: Due to the nature of our physical products we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances. This is for hygiene purposes.
