The educational content, recommendations, and product suggestions provided by Oh!Moment and Jenny Keane are intended for informational purposes only.
Pleasure, intimacy, and sexual wellbeing are highly individual experiences. As every body is different, we cannot guarantee any specific outcome, experience, or result from the use of any product, workshop, or recommendation.
Order Changes
Our warehouse team processes orders quickly to ensure prompt dispatch. Once an order has been placed, we may be unable to make changes, amend delivery details, add products, remove products, or cancel the order. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
International Orders
Customers ordering outside Ireland are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges that may be applied by local authorities or delivery providers.
By placing an international order, you acknowledge that these charges are your responsibility. Refusal to pay customs or import charges does not entitle the customer to a refund of shipping costs or any associated fees.
Workshops, Live Events & Digital Products
Personal Responsibility
Oh!Moment workshops, practices, digital content, live events, and educational materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only.
Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion. Customers are responsible for determining whether the content is appropriate for their individual circumstances.
Our workshops, practices, and educational content are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical, psychological, or mental health condition, nor are they a substitute for medical care, psychotherapy, counselling, or other professional healthcare services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oh!Moment and Jenny Keane shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation in workshops, practices, live events, or use of digital content.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Access Periods & Replay Availability
All workshops, recordings, workbooks, and digital products are supplied with a specific access period, which is displayed at the time of purchase.
During this access period, customers may access the content as often as they wish. Once the access period expires, access to the workshop, recordings, downloadable materials, and associated content will automatically end.
By purchasing a digital product, customers acknowledge that access is limited to the stated access period. Expired access periods will not be extended and access cannot be reinstated without the purchase of a new licence, workshop, or access period.
Customers also acknowledge that workshop access may expire during the statutory 14-day withdrawal period and that expiry of access does not create any entitlement to additional access, extensions, refunds, or replacement access.
Digital Content & Right of Withdrawal
By checking the consent box at checkout, customers expressly consent to immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that this ends their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once access has been provided.

Video Quality
Some replay workshops consist of recordings of live Zoom workshops delivered in previous seasons. While every effort is made to provide the highest quality experience possible, customers acknowledge that some recordings may have lower video or audio quality due to the limitations of the original recording platform.
Purpose-recorded content and live workshops may differ in production quality.
Workbooks & Downloadable Materials
Where workbooks or downloadable materials are included with a workshop, they must be downloaded during the workshop access period.
Once access expires, downloadable materials may no longer be available and Oh!Moment is under no obligation to provide copies after the access period has ended.
Live Event Tickets
Tickets for live events, workshops, and other date-specific services are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend an event, you may transfer or resell your ticket privately. Oh!Moment is unable to facilitate private ticket sales, transfers, or exchanges and tickets cannot be transferred to future events.
